I feel this is a scam !!! If I did/do owe the bill, I will pay it. But first I want all the info on who, what, when, where, etc and how much did my insurance pay, what date, when, Dr. name who requested lab work, address, telephone number etc. EQ

They said I had an unpaid bill for $477.14 that US Diagnostic labs had sent to them for collections. They gave me an address, but I never lived there. After I asked for the labs telephone number, and dates, they said the lab turned the account over to them and they had nothing to do with it anymore. I asked for the medical doctors med ID they gave me: 2049947...... then the woman said they are filing a judgement on Monday and she will call back then to see if I want to pay it.
I look up the 2049947 number called there, it is in New Jersey. A gentleman named John answered I told him what happened, he said the lady was a doctor with them, her name is Dr. Tatayana Zigadlo :MD but she had left their practices and went to work for an online Dr. program, but he didn't remember the name of the company. He was very nice and said don't pay them anything, it sounds like a scam.....
